Renee Montoya finds herself on a deadly collision course with a Batman more ruthless than the one she knew before.

A block of ice containing Mr. Freeze is pulled out of the Gotham River and taken to the morgue. He revives and is brutally stopped by Azreal as Batman. This comic features Gotham police detectives Bullock and Montoya. Montoya witness the Batman’s brutality and is shaken.
